Event Details

#recruitcamp is an event designed to bring recruiters and recruiting leaders to meet their peers, network, and learn what is hype and what is real as it relates to recruitment strategy, social media, and technology. A relevant and fully interactive and immersive attendee experience. #recruitcamp delivers an un-conference style to attendees and sponsors.

The Event is focused on innovation, social media, emerging technology, and cutting edge solutions, as it relates to recruiting. Our audience is HR professionals who are very tech-savvy and interested in making things happen in the recruiting profession – not maintaining the status quo. We are anything but generic, and want to provide quality and relevant solutions to today’s recruiting pressure points providing methods that connect recruiters to the leading recruitment venue for innovators.

The event includes industry experts and experts outside the industry who bring a unique vantage point.

What it's all about:

  1. Participating in big conference content without the big price tag.
  2. Networking with professionals like you committed to putting tactics to your strategy.
  3. Being comfortable questioning the experts, participating, and having fun.
  4. Going back to your desk on Monday with plans you can use, not philosophies.
  5. Looking at new technologies and vendors without the usual “product pitch”

The first ever #recruitcamp was held at Red Hat World Headquarters in Raleigh, NC with 74 attendees preregistered and over 100 attending. Over 75% of attendees are key decision makers or strong influencers over buying decisions. Our second event was held at Quintiles in RTP pulling together more 150 HR professionals.

Breakfast and lunch included in the cost of the event!
